Recipe : "" FRENCH MEATPIE ""
You need to make thsi recipe ;
- First you need pie crusts for two pies
- Between 5-6 rustic potatoes-must be cooked & mashed-plain
- PS : personally as this is my version so t start boiling the potatoes while I am making the meat mixture. I don't want them cold.
- Two lbs ground beef
- One lb ground pork
- Also one large onion diced
- Between 1-2 tablespoons Poultry seasoning (Bells)
- Half teaspoon ground cloves
- One tablespoon butter
- some milk
- Finally salt and pepper
