PHILLY CHEESESTEAK STUFFED PEPPERS Recipe
You need toprepare this recipe :
First you need 8 oz. Thinly Sliced Roast Beef
And also 8 Slices Provolone Cheese
Two of Large Green Bell Peppers
And one medium Sweet Onion – Sliced
Then 6 oz. Baby Bella Mushrooms – also must be Sliced
Two Tbs of Butter
And Two Tbs of Olive Oil
Then one Tbs. Garlic – Minced
And to taste you need Salt & Pepper
(2 Tbs. Peace and Love)
How to make this recipe
First step to prepare this recipe is to slice peppers in 1/2 lengthwise, Then remove ribs & seeds.Now use a large sauté pan over low-medium heat, then add butter, olive oil, garlic, mushrooms onions & a little salt & pepper. Make sure to sauté till onions & mushroom are nice and caramelized. for 30 mins.
Second step : Now preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Step 3 : Now at this step all what you need to do is to slice roast beef into thin strips & add to the onion/mushroom mixture. Then allow to cook between 5 to 10 mins.
Step 3 : Next line the inside of each pepper with a slice of provolone cheese. Fill each pepper with meat mixture till they are nearly overflowing. And top each pepper with another slice of provolone cheese.
Finally bake between 15 to 20 mins till the cheese on top is golden brown. enjoye
