Recipe : Loaded Bacon Cheddar Bread
How to make this recipe
First step to prepare thsi recipe is to use a large mixing bowl mix water, yeast, salt & sugar. Then allow mixture to sit for several minutes.
Second step : Now you need to add flour, two cups of cheese, half bacon & fresh ground black pepper. Stir with spoon till mixed. Dough will be shaggy. Don't stress if it looks messy. It will come together in the end.
And then cover with a towel then allow to rise in a warm pute for 1 h.
Step 3 : after 1 H Next, turn dough out onto a floured board & knead for a few minutes. It does not need to be totally smooth. Just knead it long enough to come together. Divide dough into two equal halves then pute in standard loaf pans.
Cover loaves with remaining cheese and bacon. Cover with towel and allow to rest for thirty minutes.
Step 4 : Finally step cake in a 400 degrees oven for fifteen minutes. Cover loosely with foil and reduce heat to 350 degrees and keep baking for another 35 mins. Remove foil then allow to bake for another 10 minutes.
PS : If the dough feels too wet, add a little more flour but know that this dough is a bit stickier than most.
